Pernat Systems Engineering and Project Management

Pernat Systems Engineering and Project Management was established in 2006 by Noam Pernat, the company's owner and CEO.

The firm provides management services and system engineering to to a wide-range of technological, operational and logistic systems.

With almost two decades of experience specializing in these areas, we all specialize in:

 Tender preparations for BOT projects - preparing responses for the period of operation and for the technological systems used throughout the concession period;

 Preparing tenders according to the Mandatory Tender Law - government

agencies, universities, municipalities and local councils);

 Extensive operational and logistical activities - management, planning,

construction, integration, implementation, HR recruitment and other

operational services.

We work closely as a team with our clients and not as non-committed "consultants".

We operate on behalf of our client and serve as a POC in many areas of activity: management, planning, design, defining concepts and strategy, work plans, QA, supervision, instruction and implementation, and transition to production and service.

Our professional services include consulting, management and integration. We are experienced in managing turn-key projects in the initiation, execution and operational phases.
