Writing and supervising the preparation of executive summaries for the tenders committee
(for approval or to define policy)
Defining the services and leading principles in the tender
Learning the current situation, preparing a concept of operation and service (operational, technological, maintenance, budget) and defining the required work process

Supporting, managing and supervising the construction, operation and provision of services according to customer requirements
Supporting and managing the choosing of vendors, up to the signing of the agreement and commencement of work by those chosen
Examining bidder responses and preparing a test report based on the internal testing document
Preparing documents with expert consultants
